Job Description

  • During my cooperative education, I specialized in production process analysis and quality control, specifically focusing on the Electro Deposition Painting (EDP) process. I conducted Time Studies to evaluate worker efficiency and applied Lean Manufacturing concepts along with ECRS principles to optimize quality inspection workflows. Additionally, I co-designed chemical inspection processes to reduce redundancy and developed data visualizations using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. This experience enabled me to effectively apply Industrial Engineering principles to real-world operations and process improvement.
