Job Description

  • Developed a self-provisioning cloud infrastructure platform based on GitOps principles, enabling users to provision and manage infrastructure through GitHub, Argo CD, and Terraform on Nipa Cloud Space. Built Infrastructure as Code (IaC) workflows using Terraform on OpenStack-based Nipa Cloud Space to provision compute instances, networking, load balancers, storage volumes, and multi-availability-zone environments. Implemented automated CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for testing, linting, Docker image build and push, version tagging, and deployment updates. Deployed and managed workloads on Kubernetes using Argo CD, Docker, Manifest files, Nginx Ingress, Cloud Controller Manager, Container Storage Interface, and Lens to support application delivery, cluster visibility, and persistent storage, and validated the platform with a demo application built using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, Express.js, and MySQL. Designed and validated a high-availability and disaster recovery architecture using HAProxy, Keepalived, Virtual IP, Cloudflare DNS, and Active/Standby failover-failback mechanisms to maintain service continuity across availability zones.
