Job Description

  • Monitor the performance of employees on the production line, timing their work to ensure compliance with standards, and implement improvements weekly. Assist colleagues in laying out the factory layout, presenting ideas and improvement data to enhance the work system on a weekly basis. Establish standard times for employees on the production line to serve as benchmarks for production standards. Develop work instructions (WI) to ensure employees follow the prescribed procedures.
