Job Description

  • Efficiently and safely control the operation of 2-ton, 3-ton, and 5-ton furnaces, monitoring temperature and melting processes to ensure they meet standards.
  • Inspect and analyze the chemical composition of the material to be poured to meet specified requirements and standards.
  • Carefully pour the material into the mold to obtain high-quality products that match the design.
  • Use a microscope to inspect the graphite during the casting process.

  • Prepare the trays by arranging the ingredients and equipment for use, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
