Job Description

  • - Regularly inspect the condition of the server room, including monitoring temperature and humidity to ensure optimal system performance.
  • - Provide IT support for staff and guests, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
  • - Review and manage expired computer and laptop equipment in stock, including recording data in Excel for organized management.
  • - Install necessary programs and software for hotel staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
