Job Description

- Search for and verify patient identification cards, including information in the medical records, to ensure that the data is accurate and complete.
- Verify treatment eligibility and provide relevant information to the medical team to ensure that patients receive care according to their entitlements.
- Record patient appointments following consultations with physicians to enable effective tracking and management of appointments.
- Issue referral letters for patients to hospitals according to established procedures to ensure a smooth transition of care.
- Accurately input ICD-10 codes for diseases into the system to maintain the accuracy and currency of medical information.
- Assist in supporting the work of physical therapists by providing necessary information and assistance during patient care processes.
