• - Prepare raw materials and sub-materials for daily production.
• - Operate the blending process, filling process, and wrapping process in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• - Input production data into the lubricants record and report.
• - Conduct 5S in the working area after completing tasks.
• - Participate in lubricants activities such as 4R KYT, Good Practice, Kaizen, Hiyari-Hatto, etc.
• - Implement autonomous preventive maintenance for equipment and machinery.
• - Inform and report any issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.
• - Perform other tasks assigned by staff, supervisor, assistant manager, and manager.

• - Effectively implement corrective actions for in-process issues.
• - Control non-conforming products (NC) and non-good (NG) products.
• - Ensure that machines and equipment used in assembly are always ready for operation.
• - Coordinate with other departments for machinery maintenance.
• - Prepare daily reports.
• - Enhance and minimize defects in the manufacturing process.
• - Engage in Kaizen, 5S, and other activities aimed at reducing various losses.
• - Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Description

• - Plan for the procurement of raw materials and receipt of raw materials according to the production plan.
• - Coordinate with other departments and suppliers.
• - Inspect and control nonconforming products (NC) and non-good (NG) products.
• - Check raw materials for stock and production lines using the Fumula program.
• - Prepare raw materials for distribution in production according to the plan accurately.
• - Organize products into categories to ensure readiness for use.
• - Manage the distribution of raw materials and equipment to manufacturing.
• - Oversee product distribution and ensure timely delivery.
• - Conduct daily checks on material balances.
• - Prepare daily and monthly receiving, distribution, and inventory reports.
• - Prepare reports on issues related to nonconforming raw materials and hold meetings with other departments to address concerns, solve problems, and prevent recurrence.
• - Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
