Job Description

  • • Data Management and Loan Coordination: Gather information and documents from the marketing department to conduct preliminary checks for completeness and accuracy before coordinating the submission to the loan approval department.
  • • Data Entry into the Loan System: Responsible for entering the details of loan applicants and collateral, both for housing loans and auto loans, into the company's system.
  • • Preliminary Asset Condition Assessment: Conduct initial inspections of vehicles brought in by customers as collateral to evaluate their actual condition and gather essential information for loan approval consideration.
  • • Preparation of Inspection Reports: Issue reports detailing the results of vehicle inspections to summarize the condition of the assets.
  • • Office Equipment Management: Responsible for the requisition and distribution of office supplies to ensure sufficient availability for team members, as well as overseeing stock management.
