Job Description

  • Verify and review QC records and documentation for accuracy and completeness. - Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with GMP requirements. - Inspect and verify measuring and inspection equipment before use. - Ensure operations comply with HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and work instructions. - Prepare monthly quality reports including NCR summaries and corrective actions. - Control and monitor the sterilization process (Retort) to ensure compliance with established Critical Limits. - Measure and record Initial Temperature (IT) prior to retort loading. - Monitor and calculate F₀ value during and after the sterilization process. - Review and verify sterilization temperature-time charts. - Prepare and maintain CCP log sheets and related documentation. - Inspect packaging conditions, such as dented cans and leaking seams. - Prepare documentation and records for internal and external audits. - Perform water quality testing in the production line, including pH measurement, chlorine monitoring, and microbiological analysis.

Job Description

  • Monitor and inspect employee performance to ensure that it is performed by proper methods and standards. - Allocate manpower appropriately to the production process. - Follow up on work progress, report any problems to supervisors, and take corrective action. - Control the cleanliness of work areas and equipment to comply with GHP/HACCP standard systems. - Calculate the cost of raw materials used in production and % yield, analyze and solve problems that occur in the production line, and follow up on the work to ensure that it is delivered on time. - Responsible for supervising and controlling product quality throughout the production process including filling, sealing, sterilization, cooling, and X-Ray detection for RE Can, Pouch, product lines to ensure compliance with company standards and food safety requirements which is responsible for food sterilization, were responsible for controlling the sterilization temperature and monitoring the sterilization process.
