Job Description

  • - Prepare and verify test result reports
  • - Format pathology reports
  • - Analyze and communicate medical information to support team decision-making
  • - Record data in the system
  • - Verify and manage medical data in the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to ensure accuracy and availability
  • - Check the consistency of samples with reports
  • - Coordinate with physicians and various departments
  • - Collaborate with pathologists and team members to ensure efficient operations and communication
  • - Deliver reports to the attending physician
  • - Address inquiries regarding the status of test results
  • - Manage patient documents and confidentiality
  • - Support the preparation of ISO standard documentation/audit to comply with organizational requirements
  • - Control documents in accordance with PDPA/Medical Confidentiality
  • - Issue and distribute test result reports
  • - Print/scan/send test results
  • - Verify completeness before releasing reports
