Job Description

Daily Responsibilities: Process Analysis & Time Study: Conducted time studies to calculate Rate per Hour (RPH) and Monitored and audited production lines to ensure operator compliance with Work Instructions (WI) and corporate quality standards. Instructions (WI). Waste & Downtime Reduction: Analyzed production processes using Lean Manufacturing and 7 Wastes methodology. Recorded machine downtime and collected dimensional defect data to propose efficiency improvements. Key Project: Improvement of the Workpiece Feeding Process into the Profile F1 Sanding Machine to Increase Output Action: Identified manual feeding as a primary bottleneck causing machine idle time and operator fatigue using Why-Why Analysis. Implemented an Automatic Feeder system utilizing ECRS and 5W1H techniques. Result: Successfully increased the average production rate by 49%, raising output from 900-1,100 pieces/hour to 1,400-1,700 pieces/hour, while significantly improving continuous workflow.
