Job Description

Monitor the receipt and storage of raw materials/WIP/packaging/products, production processes, inspect products before release and delivery.
Verify CCP points in each process to ensure products meet standards.
Examine quality and sensory data to make adjustments to achieve quality targets.
Report quality inspection results in the NCR system to inform relevant departments.
Coordinate with relevant departments to analyze root causes and preventive measures in case of complaints.
Validate machinery involved in the process and validate products.
Swab production lines to verify cleanliness.
Monitor GHP in the production line.
Review and track complaint issues.
Record and report results, including issues, to supervisors.
Participate in the standard system (ISO) or other relevant company standards.
Perform other assigned tasks.
