Job Description

1. Provide customer advice
* Inquire about the car model, brand, year, and symptoms of the issue
* Recommend suitable spare parts such as brake pads, batteries, oil filters, light bulbs, etc.
2. Sell products / Close sales
* Offer pricing and inform about promotions
* Accept orders in-store / via phone / online
* Maintain relationships with existing customers and seek new customers
3. Check inventory
* Verify the availability of spare parts
* Order additional stock when items are low
* Organize products neatly
4. Issue invoices / Receive payments
* Prepare quotations, receipts, and tax invoices
* Accept payments in cash, bank transfers, or credit cards
5. Coordinate with mechanics / repair shops
* Deliver spare parts to the shop or mechanic
* Verify the accuracy of spare parts before delivery
6. Follow up after sales
* Handle product claims
* Address post-sale issues and build relationships with customers
