Job Description

  • - Regularly monitor and inspect inventory to ensure readiness for service and prevent shortages.
  • - Systematically receive and manage spare parts and products from external suppliers to maintain up-to-date inventory information.
  • - Purchase spare parts according to the needs of the service center and insurance workshops to promptly meet customer demands.
  • - Sell spare parts to service centers and insurance workshops, providing clear information regarding products and pricing.
  • - Accurately and swiftly issue invoices at the front counter to ensure smooth transactions.
  • - Disburse spare parts to the service center upon request to effectively support the operations of the service center.
  • - Research product prices and part numbers from the EPC system to provide accurate and current information.
  • - Responsibly execute assigned tasks and strive to achieve the best outcomes in every job undertaken.
