Job Description

  • Respond to customer chats through online channels, providing information about products and services - Recommend products, close sales, and generate revenue through the E-commerce platform - Resolve customer issues such as damaged products, incorrect deliveries, or non-receipt of items - Manage disputes regarding product returns/refunds and process claims with the platform to ensure the company receives reimbursement - Coordinate with relevant teams, such as the warehouse, retail branches, and logistics, to resolve issues promptly - Follow up on customer cases until resolution and ensure maximum customer satisfaction - Utilize backend systems such as ZORT and CMS to manage orders, product information, and customer cases.
