Job Description

• Responsible as a field service technician, delivering new vehicles to customers on-site and overseeing machinery maintenance according to warranty periods - Reporting to supervisors when abnormalities occur, troubleshooting, repairing, and preventing malfunctions in mechanical systems and the operation of machinery and other equipment - Performing both corrective and preventive maintenance as assigned, along with reporting the causes and outcomes of maintenance activities to supervisors and relevant parties - Analyzing machinery symptoms when issues arise and executing urgent maintenance when necessary - Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the work area after operations - Conducting painting/spraying of machinery and checking the quality of the paintwork - Closing jobs and clearing documentation and expenses in a timely manner - Coordinating with the Call Center, spare parts department, service team leaders, and other relevant departments - Performing other tasks as assigned.

Job Description

• - Inspect new machinery in stock that has not yet been sold to ensure it meets standards and perform anti-rust treatment as per the factory's schedule.
• - Check the condition of used machinery, trial machinery, rental machinery, returned machinery, and trade machinery, and coordinate with the repair shop supervisor to carry out repairs.
• - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery arising from factory quality.
• - Prepare new machinery for delivery according to the machinery preparation notice from the sales department.
• - Coordinate and follow up with the repair shop supervisor to ensure that used machinery, trial machinery, rental machinery, returned machinery, and trade machinery are always in good condition and ready for delivery.
• - Compile a summary of used machinery, new machinery, trial machinery, rental machinery, returned machinery, trade machinery, and seized machinery, including detailed specifications for each machine.
