Job Description

  • - Responsible for overseeing and developing the public relations department by creating engaging activities and promotions to attract tourists to visit the zoo.
  • - Plan and execute the promotion of various events held at the zoo, including the creation of promotional materials and utilizing online media channels to reach target audiences.
  • - Provide professional customer service at the visitor service point by answering inquiries and providing useful information about activities and various animals in the zoo.
  • - Foster positive relationships with tourists by monitoring and assessing customer satisfaction to enhance service quality.
  • - Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure that events run smoothly and efficiently.
