Job Description

  • 1. Seek new opportunities for business collaboration with partners or identify favorable marketing opportunities to engage with both new and existing partners to increase sales for the company and enhance the organization's positive image.
  • 2. Analyze new partners before and after meetings to adjust the sales strategy of the team.
  • 3. Lead the team to achieve annual sales targets by effectively communicating and implementing strategic policies and objectives from management.
  • 4. Prepare and present the business plan and annual budget estimates to senior management.
  • 5. Analyze and establish sales forecasts for each channel in alignment with the organization's objectives.
  • 6. Analyze sales performance results semi-annually and annually to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making for continuous growth, expanding the B2B customer base with tangible success, driving sales growth from 1.8 million baht to 5.7 million baht within one year, and maintaining a revenue standard of up to 7.2 million baht in the most recent year, within the defined budget and managing the budget efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • 7. Oversee the overall operations of the company by adjusting business strategies to suit market conditions and the vision of management.
  • 8. Provide guidance and resolve obstacles in the team's work to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • 9. Build and maintain relationships with international partners through business travel with senior management.
  • 10. Expand the new customer base and pioneer new business channels in the B2B market.
  • 11. Negotiate and close sales under both consignment and outright purchase terms.

Job Description

  • 1. Present projects to both existing and new B2G partners in alignment with the company's and partners' strategies.
  • 2. Develop and initiate projects while managing costs and monitoring performance outcomes.
  • 3. Define work plans and necessary resources to achieve project goals and objectives.
