Job Description

  • 1. Food Research & Development and Innovation
  • 1.1 Creation of Processed Food Innovations: Leveraging food technology knowledge to develop "crispy insect" products and other processed agricultural goods, from the selection of raw materials to taste testing and shelf-life evaluation.
  • 1.2 R&D Project Management: Responsible for the preparation of comprehensive research reports and coordination with the National Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (NCE) in the development of "prototype agricultural product processing machines" to enhance production processes through technology.
  • 1.3 Collaboration with Government Agencies: Conducting research and product development in collaboration with the Department of Industrial Promotion (DIProm) to increase product value and enhance competitiveness in the market.
  • 2. Production & Quality Assurance
  • 2.1 Elevating Factory Standards: Planning and overseeing the improvement of production lines to comply with international standards in terms of efficiency and safety.
  • 2.2 Regulatory Affairs Management: Responsible for preparing documentation and submitting applications for certification from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to build consumer confidence.
  • 3. Brand Management & E-commerce Strategy
  • 3.1 Brand Building: Developing communication strategies to enhance brand image and reach target audiences broadly through social media platforms.
