Job Description

Plan and control transportation of an average of 2,5003,000 tons per day.
Manage approximately 180 transport vehicles per day.
Plan routes and ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with Service, Center, Billing, WH, and HR.
Contribute to reducing transportation costs by 25% annually.
Train new drivers.
Admin tasks:
Schedule truck assistants.
Summary of overtime for drivers and truck assistants.
Manage petty cash (toll fees, various expenses).
Summarize fuel reports, requisitions, and petty cash reports at the end of each month.
Center tasks:
Plan for drivers to pick up goods from various factories.
Schedule milk run trucks (consolidating goods from different channels).
Coordinate with WH and the Shipping Planning department.
