Job Description

  • 1.Responsible for requesting quotations (RFQ) from suppliers to obtain pricing, product specifications, and commercial terms. Verified quotation accuracy to ensure compliance with agreed requirements and conditions. Compiled and summarized quotations before submitting them to end users for review and decision-making.
  • 2. Responsible for inspecting and monitoring office supplies such as pens, paper, coffee, and other consumable materials within the Supply and Logistics department on a monthly basis to ensure sufficient stock availability for operational use. Maintained and recorded inventory balance information for the staff responsible for purchasing and replenishment planning, and assisted with other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
