Job Description

Interior Designer
Coordinated with the Sales team to receive initial briefs in order to clarify clients' requirements regarding space, design style, and budget.
Conducted site surveys, measured spaces, and engaged in in-depth discussions with clients to ensure accurate design specifications.
Utilized SketchUp in conjunction with the One Click plugin for precise system layout and design calculations, followed by presentations using realistic visuals through D5 Render. The initial draft typically took 2-7 days, depending on the complexity of the project.
Most projects were designed in a Modern Minimal style, with flexibility in budget to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Description

Conduct site surveys, measure the area, and engage in in-depth discussions with clients to ensure accurate design specifications.
Collaborate with the Draftsman to meticulously check dimensions before finalizing designs and prepare production drawings (Shop Drawings) using AutoCAD for handover to the technical team.
Design using SketchUp and present with realistic visuals through V-ray rendering, with the first draft taking 7-14 days depending on the complexity of the project.
