  • Accounts Payable
  • 1. Collect, verify, and store purchase tax documents.
  • 2. Record accounts payable for expenses and clear advances in the Mango and Oracle programs.
  • 3. Prepare withholding tax reports (Form PND 3, PND 53).
  • 4. Organize documents, receipts, and tax invoices.
  • 5. Reconcile and verify payment amounts against bank records.
