Job Description

  • 1. Manage and provide customer service, welcoming clients.
  • 2. Provide information on products/services and facilitate assistance before and after sales.
  • 3. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customers receive prompt service.
  • 4. Address complaints and resolve issues, coordinating for swift solutions.
  • 5. Record customer information in the system and utilize data to improve service.
