Job Description

  • Conduct quality inspections in various kitchen production processes, such as receiving raw materials, fresh and dry goods, vegetable kitchen, duck kitchen, grilling kitchen, Japanese kitchen, sukiyaki set kitchen, and dipping sauce kitchen. Ensure that raw materials comply with the company's food safety standards. Oversee and monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of each kitchen according to GMP principles. Assist in the QC Lab by conducting water quality tests and recording the results, as well as documenting inspection data.
