Job Description

  • Provided services for the retrieval of tax return forms for taxpayers, along with offering guidance on writing requests for tax return forms to the public. Registered requests, conducted data searches through the Revenue Department system, and organized tax forms into designated tax return workboxes. Additionally, performed general administrative tasks, prepared official documents and memoranda, and worked with various software programs such as Word and Excel.
