Job Description

  • - Oversee and monitor the overall performance of the quality control staff, making decisions and resolving immediate issues in the production process to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
  • - Inspect and control the production processes, including weighing, sifting, mixing, and packaging (capsules/bags), while verifying the accuracy of date printing, product packing, and labeling to meet standards.
  • - Conduct product quality checks by tasting before approving for packaging and measuring Brix and moisture balance.
  • - Review work order documents and record daily performance reports of employees.
  • - Coordinate with the team to ensure production adheres to the planned schedule and quality standards.
