Job Description

  • - Coordinate with clients, shipping companies, suppliers, freight forwarders, agents, and relevant agencies to track receipt documents and other paperwork.
  • - Monitor the progress of goods from start to finish and report the status to clients, while assisting in resolving issues that arise during the transportation process, such as document problems or obstacles in customs clearance.
  • - Verify documents, information, and customs duty rates for imports/exports, and prepare documentation for customs release.
  • - Submit permit applications to relevant government agencies for imports/exports.
  • - Prepare billing documents, receipts, and tax invoices for client billing, as well as verify and handle billing receipts and manage expense documentation for organizational payments, including preparing withholding tax certificates.
  • - Manage and prepare employee-related documents within the organization, such as payroll processing, employee benefits, and social security submissions.
  • - Prepare monthly purchase tax, sales tax, and withholding tax documents for filing of forms PND.3, PND.53, and P.P.30 in the E-Filing system.
  • - Review and prepare all monthly closing documents for submission to the accounting firm for annual financial statement closure.
