Job Description

  • 1. Review accounting documents (invoices, receipts, etc.)
  • 2. Prepare working papers
  • 3. Perform account reconciliation
  • 4. Verify the accuracy of preliminary figures
  • 5. Conduct inventory counts
  • 6. Prepare and send confirmation letters
  • 7. Input data and organize documents into the system
  • 8. Arrange/scan documents and perform general administrative tasks
  • 9. Assist in preparing information for the audit team
