Job Description

  • Core Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and Opening the Door: Greet arriving guests at the hotel with politeness and a smile.
  • Luggage Handling: Move guests' luggage from the vehicle to the lobby and carefully transport it to their rooms.
  • Escorting Guests: Accompany guests to their rooms, explaining how to use the equipment and various amenities within the room.
  • Check-Out and Sending Off Guests: Transport luggage from the room to the vehicle and assist in organizing guests' belongings before their departure.
  • Maintaining Order in the Lobby: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in the entrance and lobby areas.
  • Luggage Storage: Oversee guests' bags in cases where they store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
  • Additional Tasks
  • Delivery and Collection: Deliver parcels, letters, or documents from the sales department to guest rooms or meeting rooms.
  • Providing Information: Offer basic information about tourist attractions or hotel amenities.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the Front Office to deliver additional items requested by guests to their rooms.
  • Driving/Parking: Perform valet parking duties by parking guests' vehicles and driving guests to the BTS station.
