  • * Coordinated with tour company clients, general customers, corporate clients, resorts, and restaurants regarding claims, coverage for automobile insurance, travel insurance, and property insurance.
  • * Presented automobile insurance premiums to agents and clients, providing detailed information on coverage and various policy types to facilitate decision-making.
  • * Followed up and coordinated with insurance companies on back-end processes and all documentation used between clients and the insurance company to ensure coverage.
  • * Monitored premium payments from agents according to the accounting system to prepare account reconciliations in the system.
