Job Description

  • I was assigned to oversee a project related to the production of cash register products. My position was Quality Assurance, with responsibilities including: inspecting product quality before delivery to customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to prevent recurring issues, communicating directly with customers, preparing weekly reports and presenting them, as well as creating various documents such as FAI Reports (First Article Inspection Reports), SIPs (Standard Inspection Procedures), and daily yield reports. I also coordinated with other departments to minimize problems in the production process.
  • I was assigned to work on the production of Notebooks, Mini Desktops, and Allin-One products, specifically focusing on new models and new platforms, in the position of Quality Management.
