Job Description

- Read and interpret engineering drawings to compare technical specifications with actual components (Drawing vs Actual) in the manufacturing process of parts, and analyze issues in the production process (Defect Data) according to AQL standards.
- Inspect structures, test performance, and analyze the causes of abnormalities in electric motors using specialized measuring instruments such as Impulse Winding Tester and Hi-pot Test.
- Develop a testing jig for the operation of handheld fans by designing electrical circuits, programming (Arduino/C++) to control the operation of the jig, and preparing documentation for material lists and budgeting for equipment.
- Prepare quality system documentation, calibration process manuals, and analyze data on tolerances to improve the manufacturing process.
