Job Description

  • Conducted lab-scale trials for customer-requested products, successfully leading to the development and scale-up of new production processes. - Performed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to investigate and identify the cause of elevated color values in products. - Contributed to product development by executing lab trials to troubleshoot and resolve product quality issues. - Carried out Performance Qualification (PQ) following the replacement of reactor agitator blades, and actively supported the Documentation Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) processes.
