Job Description

  • Procurement of office equipment for all departments within the factory. Preparation of purchasing documents in the SAP system, including Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR). Preparation of tax invoices. Coordination for obtaining Certificates of Analysis (COA) for raw materials. Management of waste disposal and recycling. Oversight of landscaping tasks. Management of petty cash for the purchase of office supplies. Supervision of guest reception activities, including catering and venue preparation. Arrangement of floral decorations for various ceremonies and royal visits. Management and procurement of equipment and raw materials for each department in the factory. Oversight of landscaping and housekeeping tasks, as well as guest accommodation.
