  • Prepared detailed Bar Cut Lists (BCL) for reinforced concrete structural works in a four-building, eight-storey project. Conducted rebar quantity takeoff for foundations, columns, basement structures, and core walls based on structural drawings and rebar details. Supported material control and steel procurement planning to align with site construction schedules and actual usage. Collaborated with project teams to enhance the accuracy of steel requirement data and facilitate on-site construction operations.
