Job Description

  • - Collect payments from customers who bring their vehicles to the service center, including cash, bank transfers, and credit cards.
  • - Collect payments from customers purchasing spare parts at the front counter.
  • - Issue invoices, receive checks, and process bank transfers for credit customers.
  • - Prepare daily cash receipt reports.
  • - Organize documents received each day for submission to the accounting department.
  • - Follow up on withholding tax documents for customers on behalf of the legal entity.
  • - Monitor outstanding debts from delinquent customers.
