Job Description

  • - Oversee and manage the Human Resources department, including supporting operations within the affiliated companies to ensure smooth functioning.
  • - Review and process payroll, taxes, and social security to ensure employees receive their benefits accurately and on time.
  • - Prepare annual bonuses, taking into account employee performance and achievements.
  • - Implement annual salary adjustments to promote and maintain employee satisfaction.
  • - Responsible for filing annual taxes for executives to comply with laws and regulations.
  • - Review employee reimbursements and benefits to ensure alignment with company policies and regulations.
  • - Develop and submit employee regulations to ensure that employees understand the requirements and comply strictly.
