Job Description

  • Network & Security
  • Infrastructure Management: Prepare and implement LAN cabling to expand internet connectivity coverage.
  • Signal Distribution System Installation: Install and configure Router devices to optimize the network within the resort.
  • Site Survey: Conduct on-site inspections and test the quality of internet signals at each service point to ensure stable usage for customers.
  • Surveillance System Installation: Install Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and Digital Video Recorder (DVR) systems to enhance security in the area.
  • IT Support & Maintenance
  • Computer Maintenance: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctioning computers to restore normal operation.
  • Office Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain printers to support the administrative department's documentation needs.
  • Digital Development
  • Web Application Development: Design and program a countdown web page system for special events at the resort.
  • Communication Channel Management: Create and configure a Line Official Account (Line OA) system to enhance service channels and systematically communicate with customers.
