Job Description

  • Site Operations & Project Control: Monitored on-site operations and supervised HVAC system installations to ensure project execution aligned strictly with established schedules and quality standards. - Project Planning & Budgeting: Gained hands-on experience in developing operational timelines and assisting in the preparation of project budget plans. - Procurement & Material Management: Assisted in the procurement process, coordinating with vendors for materials, and managing site inventory. - Documentation & Drawing Management: Managed technical site documentation, including the collection, updating, and filing of project blueprints and as-built drawings. - Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performed minor maintenance and on-site troubleshooting for mechanical and HVAC components to ensure continuous operational efficiency.
