Job Description

  • Conduct annual health check-ups for personnel - Provide educational sessions on exercise in various provinces - Assess physical fitness of the elderly - Prepare venues and equipment for health activities - Offer services and guidance on the use of exercise equipment (7 Fit Gym) - Analyze body composition using InBody and provide preliminary advice.
