Job Description

  • - Coordinate internally with team members and externally with clients to ensure smooth and effective communication and operations.
  • - Issue quotations in accordance with legal requirements and regulations, or prepare them as per client requests to ensure that the information is accurate and complete.
  • - Prepare work requests to obtain samples from clients, ensuring that all details are clearly verified before proceeding.
  • - Provide professional service to both external and internal clients, focusing on meeting their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • - Verify that requests on forms match the quotations to prevent errors and maintain accuracy.
  • - Register samples and send them to the laboratory (LAB), closely monitoring the status and progress.
