  • - Assembled computers and upgraded components (such as SSDs), including installation, repair, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems.
  • - Analyzed and resolved both basic and advanced computer hardware issues, such as diagnosing faults from motherboard beep codes and addressing display signal problems (No Signal / Graphics Card).
  • - Managed and maintained printers and office equipment, including handling ink cartridges (HP LaserJet) and testing printing systems.
  • - Executed the installation and wiring of CCTV systems.
