Job Description

  • Experienced in cosmetic product development, including formulation design and development, as well as the preparation and selection of raw materials for products such as blush and shampoo. Maintained systematic formulation journals and presented product concepts based on scientific principles. Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), performing sampling inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Evaluated physical characteristics of products, including color, odor, and consistency to maintain quality standards. Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) with practical experience in industrial production processes. Experienced in production workflow, including production planning, raw material weighing and preparation, lot control, mixing, filling, product coding, storage, and packaging inspection using actual bulk products. Skilled in analytical techniques for raw material and product quality assessment, including Acid Value, Saponification Value, and Unsaponifiable Matter analysis. Proficient in measuring refractive index, moisture content, and pH of cosmetic products. Experienced in stability testing to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Conducted a research project on the production of Bacterial Cellulose Nanocrystals (BCNCs) via organic acid hydrolysis. Produced bacterial cellulose (BC) through culture media preparation and microbial cultivation to obtain cellulose pellicles. Processed BC through homogenization, centrifugation, and drying prior to hydrolysis. Designed and conducted experiments to optimize key parameters, including acid concentration, temperature, and hydrolysis time under various conditions. Determined optimal conditions for efficient BCNCs production. Characterized the chemical structure using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). Analyzed crystallinity using X-ray Diffraction (XRD). Evaluated thermal stability using Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA). Measured zeta potential to assess colloidal stability of the samples. Determined particle size distribution of BCNCs.
