Job Description :
Real-time Work Monitoring: Oversee the Dashboard system to prevent abandoned calls and appropriately distribute call handling among employees - Evaluate the quality of conversations within the team - Train staff and update information on new policy conditions and techniques for managing emotions when dealing with negative customer sentiments - Assist in resolving complex customer complaint calls - Make decisions in emergency situations, such as providing assistance with towing or cases requiring damage assessment - Verify the accuracy of task assignments and check the travel times of survey personnel - Summarize meetings with management and plan projects assigned.
