Job Description :
Training & Development ( Main Responsibilities )
Designed and delivered training programs impacting 6,000+ employees in an organization of 9,000 headcount
Conduct Training Needs Analysis ( TNA ) for each department
Develop annual training plans, propose for management approval, and communicate plans to departments
Organize training programs (planned and ad-hoc) and follow up on training effectiveness
Monitor and verify On-the-Job Training (OJT) documentation
Maintain training records and employee training history
Design and develop training courses aligned with job requirements
Prepare and submit training documents to the Department of Skill Development (DSD )
Coordinate with managers and supervisors on employee development plans
Support employee relations activities and internal CSR activities
Recruitment & HR Operations ( Full Cycle )
Handle end-to-end recruitment from application screening to onboarding
Conduct new employee orientation on company policies and regulations
Maintain employee records and manage social security registration ( join/leave updates )
Follow up OJT for new employees and support probation evaluation
Support the annual performance evaluation process
