Job Description

  • 1. Recruitment and Selection of Personnel
  • - Oversee the comprehensive employee and intern recruitment process, from drafting job postings to publishing them through online channels.
  • - Screen applications (Resume Screening) and coordinate with candidates to schedule job interviews via phone and the LINE application.
  • - Utilize Canva and Gemini AI to design and create recruitment posters.
  • 2. New Employee Orientation and Management
  • - Prepare for orientation by ensuring the readiness of the venue, equipment, and supporting documents for presentations.
  • - Create presentation materials for orientation using Canva and serve as a presenter to provide information to new employees in certain sections.
  • - Manage the communication of start date details and welcome new employees on their first day.
  • 3. Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • - Assist in collecting, verifying, and summarizing employee overtime (OT) hours to serve as a database for payroll processing.
  • - Support compensation management by overseeing cash salary payments for migrant workers.
  • - Assist in managing employee benefits, such as counting and distributing employee uniforms.
  • 4. Personnel Information and Administration
  • - Systematically record and compile the database of job interview candidates for use in calculating the department's monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • - Prepare budget approval documents for submission to the accounting department and support the procurement of various office supplies.
  • - Responsible for managing documents within the Human Resources department.
