Job Description

  • Intern at GMM MUSIC in the position of Ticketing Management. Responsibilities included assisting the supervisor with concert tickets, managing the concert schedule, overseeing seating arrangements, opening ticket sales, verifying the total number of tickets sold, and reconciling the total revenue with the ticket prices. Additionally, I was responsible for on-site management and resolving issues in cases of duplicate seating for customers.
