Job Description

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Liaise with Headquarters to submit and process inquiries for new models and product items. - Perform credit risk assessments by monitoring customer credit limits and financial statements prior to registration and approval by the Finance Division. - Manage inventory and material planning based on monthly customer forecasts to ensure 100% on-time delivery. - Develop product specifications and packing standards for Quality Control (QC) review and pre-process approval. - Optimize cutting designs and material sizing to support production planning and operational efficiency. - Generate Delivery Notes (DN) and Tax Invoices for all outbound material shipments. - Manage procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders (PO) for raw materials and preparing weekly inter-departmental progress reports for management. - Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) by following up on customer payment schedules to ensure timely collections. - Resolve customer issues and complaints related to product quality, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), and delivery tracking.
