Job Description

  • Supported daily administrative operations within the Administrative Court office, including receiving and organizing administrative case filings submitted by the public. Coordinated the preparation, routing, and delivery of court documents, notices, and orders between parties in accordance with legal procedures. Maintained case records and updated case information to support accurate documentation and efficient file management. Assisted with case inquiries and hearing preparation by gathering facts, reviewing supporting evidence, and preparing relevant documents for consideration. Contributed to legal research and preliminary legal analysis to support judges and legal personnel in reviewing applicable laws and case-related issues. Provided members of the public with general guidance on Administrative Court procedures and case-processing steps in a clear and professional manner. Monitored case progress and enforcement status, helping communicate updates to relevant parties and track compliance with court judgments. Supported front-office and public relations functions by screening visitors, responding to inquiries, and assisting individuals visiting the court office. Demonstrated strong communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills in a public-facing legal environment requiring discretion and attention to detail.
